We grow 13 apple varieties, including: Gala, Fuji, Honeycrisp, Pink Lady, Sweetango, Braeburn, Granny Smith, Golden Delicious, Red Delicious, Jonagold, Ambrosia, Rome, and our signature apple variety, Pinata. Most of our apples are available organically too.

Stemilt grows 12 pear varieties, including: d'Anjou, Bartlett, Comice, Seckel, Concorde, Bosc, Tosca, Red d'Anjou, Starkrimson, Forelle, Red Bartlett, and Asian pears. Many of our pears are available organically too.

There are two main cherry varieties, dark-sweet cherries (also known as red cherries) and Rainier cherries, which have a golden yellow color and red blush. We grow cherries in California and Washington so that you can enjoy Stemilt cherries from May through early September.

Stemilt's entire crop of peaches and nectarines is farmed and certified as organic. This includes yellow peaches, white peaches, yellow nectarines, and white nectarines. The majority of our apricots are organic as well.
