Peach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 large fresh Artisan Organic peaches (peeled, pitted and sliced)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (about the amount from 1/2 a lemon)
  • 1 cup plain (or vanilla yogurt)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • A small handful of ice cubes

Great way to start your day! Add a scoop of protein to make this peach smoothie extra healthy.

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree.
  2. Adding the vanilla yogurt instead of the plain will make the smoothie sweeter – adjust the sugar as needed.
  3. Serve in a tall glass.
