Ingredients

  • 1/4 apple, sliced thinly
  • 1 to 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 32 oz. of cold water

Directions

  1. Cover apple and cinnamon with cold water in a bottle or jar and place mixture in fridge.
  2. Infuse for 4-24 hours.
  3. Let sit at room temp for a half an hour before drinking.
