Perfect Power Snack: Nut Butters + Apples

|

Whenever I eat, I always try to find ways to maximize the benefits. I like my snacks and meals to be healthy, flavorful as well as provide my body the nourishment it needs to continue on with the day.

But as a busy mom of two (story of many people’s lives, I know), eating (or simply just eating right), tends to fall by the wayside. A handful of goldfish crackers here, a bit of my kid’s left-over sandwich there, and before you know it, I’m hangry and don’t know why…

How ridiculous, right?

That is why I wanted to share this perfect snack that will seriously power you through the day: power butters and apples. I’m not just talking about apples and peanut butter, I’m talking about all sort of different types of butters that offer an assortment of variety, tastes, textures and flavors. Check out our suggestions below:

Macadamia Nut Butter – Macadamia Nut Butter is a great alternative to dairy spreads or other nut butter spreads. It is smooth, rich and tasty.
