  • 2 cups cored and chopped apple
  • 4 cups chopped broccoli florets (about 1 1/2 pounds)
  • 1 cup quartered, seedless red grapes
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup unsalted, roasted sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • pinch kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Combine apple, broccoli, grapes, onion, and sunflower seeds in a large bowl. Set aside.
