  • 1 large fresh Washington apricot
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • Sugar or honey (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Assemble the apricot bites, by placing all six Triscuits face up on a plate.
  2. Spread each cracker with cream cheese.
  3. Slice an apricot thinly, and place 2 to 3 slices on each of the cream cheese crackers.
  4. Sprinkle with sugar or drizzle with a little honey.
  5. Enjoy!
