  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 cups spinach, rinsed
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp of lime zest
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger, more if you want a kick
