Where Aura® Thrives
Washington state is a perfect place to grow Aura® apples, as it enjoys sunny days and an arid climate that promotes good growth, high flavor and bright color.
The Orchards
A majority of Aura® comes from the orchards of Stemilt’s 4th generation owner and farmer, Kyle Mathison. This orchard is called Kyle Mathison Orchards (KMO). The growing region is located in Wenatchee, WA on Stemilt Hill. Once Aura® has been picked, it goes into storage where it stores up extra sweet flavor!
For Freshness & Flavor
Aura® harvest begins anywhere from late August to early September, when the fruit is mature. Each Aura® apple is carefully picked to ensure the sweetest, most satisfying snacking experience.
