Ingredients
- 4 large Stemilt
- 2 cups apple juice
- 1 1/3 c. couscous (uncooked)
- 4 tsp. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. allspice
This cous cous recipe is a great way to enjoy this summertime treat!
Instructions
- Chop the apricot (unpeeled) into very small pieces and set aside.
- In a saucepan with a well fitting lid, bring the apple juice to a boil.
- Add the butter.
- Stir in the cous cous, and remove the pan from the heat.
- Cover and let sit for about 7 minutes.
- Fluff with a fork, and stir in the salt and allspice. Serve warm.
