Fresh cherries dipped in chocolate will certainly fulfill any sweet-snack craving.
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, place the pound of chocolate and microwave for about 3 minutes on medium power.
- Stir the chocolate and continue to microwave in short increments until the chocolate is melted, but the temperature is no more than 90 degrees.
- If it is over 90 degrees, add extra chocolate to cool it and test to see when it is at the correct temperature.
- When the chocolate is proper temperature, dip cherries and place on wax paper to cool.
- Serve when cool.
