- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, combine the topping ingredients and stir to combine. Set aside.
- Grease the bottom of an oven-safe 10 to 12-inch skillet or baking dish.
- Add the cherries, sugar, cinnamon, and flour and stir until the cherries are coated.
- Cover the cherries with the topping mixture completely.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the filling is bubbly.
- Remove and cool on a wire rack for at least 15 minutes.
- Serve warm or at room temperature with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
