- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups chopped apples
- 3 cups quick oats

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Grease muffin pan and chop apples
