Ingredients
- Salad:
- 1 chopped Stemilt d'Anjou or Bartlett pear
- 5-6 cups of destemmed kale
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1/2 cup almond slivers
- 1/3 cup chopped red onion
- Dressing:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 lemon juiced
Pear, Goat Cheese, & Red Onion make this salad that star of your day.
Instructions
- Whisk together dressing ingredients and set aside.
- Massage kale with dressing until kale is broken down.
- Combine the kale, pears, pomegranate seeds, goat cheese, red onion, and almonds.
- Toss well. Refrigerate prior to serving.
