In this salad, you can find the combination of Stemilt Pink Lady® apples and D’Anjou pears and let me tell you, it is a wonderful pairing. The sweet-tart flavor and firm crunch of the Pink Lady® blends amazingly with the sweet citrusy flavor and softer bite of the D’Anjou. The crunch of the grapes rounds the salad out nicely.

And let’s not forget about the ‘dressing’ that brings this salad together. Coconut cream and maple syrup makes for a naturally creamy and sweet base, (with the coconut cream being used in place of yogurt). The added poppy seeds give a bit of textured crunch with a splash of lemon juice to bring it all together. This combination is light and tasty for those with food sensitivities!
